The original Mustard Vinaigrette began gaining popularity in the 1970s at my grandfather Sava's café, L’Aubrac, nestled in the south of France. Working alongside my father, who also contributed his expertise to the restaurant, they often served this authentic French dressing that quickly became beloved by locals and visitors alike.

From France to Your Table

In 1997, his son, my father, expanded the family's culinary legacy, opening several restaurants along the East Coast of the USA. Here, patrons were introduced to the exceptional dressing, igniting a demand that grew with each passing year. As countless customers inquired about purchasing bottles for their own homes and with no similar product available in stores, the thought of selling the dressing came into the picture.

For All To Enjoy

Since spending many years in my fathers restaurant, I had grown a love for this dressing and saw great value in it as did many of my fathers customers. After receiving an overwhelming amount of positive feedback from thousands of customers over the past 50 years, I felt it was time to expand this original family recipe for many more to enjoy nationwide.
